Job Description
Varonis Systems seeks a Sales Incentive Systems Project Manager to join their IT Business Applications team. Responsibilities include managing the design and implementation of financial requirements, processes, and systems; collecting and understanding business needs; configuring and testing systems; managing project scope, risks, and timelines; developing project plans; and providing end-user training and support. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing and implementing financial IT systems projects, with experience in Incentive Compensation Management Systems, preferably Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA), and NetSuite. Strong techno-financial skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are crucial.
Must have:
- 4+ years experience managing financial IT systems projects
- Incentive Compensation Management Systems experience
- Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA)
- Strong techno-financial functional skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good to have:
- NetSuite experience

Sales Incentive Systems Project Manager
Varonis Systems is the leader in unstructured and semi-structured data governance software, which is any human generated data that is within a company’s environment. Our goal is to protect companies most sensitive information from insider threats and cyberattacks. We do this by allowing organizations to analyze, secure, manage, and migrate their volumes of unstructured data.
We are looking for a talented Sales Incentive Systems Project Manager to join our IT Business Applications team and be responsible for Varonis Financial Information Systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful design and implementation of various financial requirements, processes, and systems.
- Provide implementation expertise and work with the business to collect, understand, and design business requirements and processes.
- Assist with the configuration and testing of systems.
- Lead and manage project scope, risks, and timelines in collaboration with various teams.
- Develop and implement project management plans and methodologies.
- Provide training and support to end users on new financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing and implementing financial IT systems projects
- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems – Mandatory
- Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA) – Big Advantage
- Experience with NetSuite - Advantage
- Strong techno-financial functional skills with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams
