Job Description

This Business Management Apprenticeship in Paris offers a 12-24 month program where you'll work on real-world projects, collaborating with global teams. Responsibilities include program landscape research and analysis, identifying opportunities to develop new programs or improve existing ones, defining and tracking success metrics (OKRs and KPIs), and working with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs. You will contribute to strategic direction, improve program operations, and learn to define vision and strategy for change. The program requires fluency in French and English and legal authorization to work in France. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a leading technology company.

As a Business Program Management Intern, you will identify, define, and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers. You will monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensures program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts.

Vous défendrez et démontrerez la valeur du programme à travers des indicateurs clairement définis afin d'obtenir l'adhésion des parties prenantes, des partenaires et des clients. Vous surveillerez les programmes pour vous assurer que toutes les activités sont alignées avec les objectifs du programme et que les processus du programme sont exécutés efficacement, y compris les efforts de gestion du changement et/ou d'amélioration du programme.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications / Qualifications requises

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
  • Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship
  • You must be legally authorised to work in France to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Seeking an Apprenticeship contract.

  • Actuellement en cours de préparation d'un baccalauréat en commerce, sociologie, psychologie, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

Responsibilities

  • Assists others in performing program landscape research and analysis (e.g., internal and/or external market, sales, delivery), forecasting, and examining business trends (e.g., customer feedback and expectations) to identify audience size and program scope, stay current, agile, and competitive.
  • Helps improve operations of existing programs by helping apply industry methodology, define program issues, assess various scenarios, and select the optimal scenario to resolve issues.
  • With oversight from others, contributes to the direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise in order to help execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly. Learns to define vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization.
  • Learns how to define and track the success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs] and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]), such as quality, adoption, usage, impact, and effectiveness for the program.
  • Assists others working with cross-functional (e.g., organizational, product, business) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design programs from initiation to delivery.
