Nagarro a leading global consulting and digital services firm, seeks dynamic Business Analysts for our business growth in Japan. Candidates having an entrepreneurial bent and interested in making things happen in the consulting, strategy, product ownership, business transformation areas should apply.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, requirements, and challenges in different business verticals.
• Stay ahead of the domain curve, required industry and technology trends.
• Analyse data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Good knowhow of Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Data science from a business user perspective. Knowledge of tools and applicability in business transformation efforts would be required.
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Prepare and present a compelling, innovative & effective value proposition aligning with the vision.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation and testing of solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate concepts lucidly.
• Ability to create impactful presentations, tailor and present to senior audience/ client stakeholders.
• High innovation, collaboration, deep focus on customer centricity.
• Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial nature.
• Good knowhow of tool set required for business analysts, ranging from wireframe tools, document and visual tools, workflow and business diagramming tools.
• Ability to transform abstract concepts into actionable items.
• Be able to work in ambiguity, be self-starters.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. Candidates having a management degree from a good institute and upto 4 years' overall experience may apply.
• Positions in Japan require bilinguals (English, Japanese) with native Japanese speaking skills.
