The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits delivery solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), developing and executing communication plans (educational materials, presentations, workshops), and continually evaluating current practices for improvement. Collaboration with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, regional People Services teams, external brokers, and consultants is crucial for designing and implementing benefit programs. The role involves acting as a point of contact for escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with new program implementations, building reports and dashboards, presenting recommendations, and influencing stakeholders through data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses international benefits experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the EMEA labor environment and regulations.
