Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. Roles&responsibilities 1. Develop and implement partner operations management programs with focus on improving workflows, processes and performance metrics; 2. Coordinate planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale projects in support of E-commerce moderation; 3. Focus on continual process improvement by scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and partnering with cross functional teams to optimise outcomes; 4. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders; 5. Support for system tool issues reported by Business Partners, raise on call and coordinate information needed for troubleshooting; 6. Work closely with internal teams to identify struggling areas that should be addressed by business partners and to optimize new and existing processes impacting buyers/sellers/creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, project management or equivalent practical experience; 2. Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and spoken, is required for this role; 3. Minimum 3 years' working experience in project/program management or online moderation/customer service, with at least 2 years' experience in a vendor operations role; 4. Track record of launching and delivering partner operations management improvements across multiple geographical locations; 5. Able to travel to Business Partner sites frequently. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master's degree in business administration or equivalent practical experience; 2. Experience in E-Commerce or marketplace platforms; 3.
