Summary

As an Affiliate Support Specialist at Growe, you will be the primary point of contact for new affiliates, providing them with necessary information via email, Skype, and Telegram. You will prepare promotional assets like banners and landing pages. You'll work with internal reports (Google Sheets, Excel) and Jira to manage tasks, collect data, and coordinate with other departments. Quarterly planning and task execution are key responsibilities. The role requires a strong understanding of the betting/gambling industry, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities. Experience with Jira is a plus.

  • Prepare requested promotional assets for partners such as ready-to-use banners, text, screenshots, landing pages;

  • Work with internal reports (Google Sheets, MS Excel, etc) to fulfill business requirements;

  • Collect data from the team & set appropriate tasks for the work-related departments at Jira;

  • Plan respective tasks requested by the team quarterly and control their execution.

We need your professional experience:
  • Understanding of the betting/gambling (must have);

  • Work experience with Jira (will be a plus);

  • Relevant experience in support or a similar role (will be a plus);

  • Knowledge of Excel/Sheets;

  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
