Contact & provide with all the necessary information new incoming affiliates via Email/Skype/Telegram;
Prepare requested promotional assets for partners such as ready-to-use banners, text, screenshots, landing pages;
Work with internal reports (Google Sheets, MS Excel, etc) to fulfill business requirements;
Collect data from the team & set appropriate tasks for the work-related departments at Jira;
Plan respective tasks requested by the team quarterly and control their execution.
Understanding of the betting/gambling (must have);
Work experience with Jira (will be a plus);
Relevant experience in support or a similar role (will be a plus);
Knowledge of Excel/Sheets;
Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
High level of communication skills;
Proactivity and initiative;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
