The MedscapeLIVE! Account Director is responsible for building and managing client relationships, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the organization, and enabling flawless event execution. This role requires focused attention to detail, team leadership, concise communication, and a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical marketing and use that background to guide strategic account decisions and client interactions. Responsibilities include: managing multiple projects and deadlines for one large priority account, becoming a subject matter expert on live event products, working closely with the sales team for new opportunities, scheduling and conducting meetings, serving as a first point of escalation for internal teams, establishing a comprehensive project tracking report, and ensuring overall client project success and execution.
