Summary

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a self-starting Sports Trader to join its growing iGaming and Sportsbook platform team. The role involves monitoring odds, accepting and checking bets, manually setting and pricing markets, managing liabilities, and altering odds to protect margins. Daily responsibilities include observing market movements, analyzing customer bases, ensuring betting product correctness, creating special events, and performing real-time checks on bets and quotas. Risk monitoring and supporting colleagues are also key aspects. The ideal candidate possesses high numerical ability, a passion for sports, flexibility, shift work commitment, Excel proficiency, and fluency in English. A mathematics background is a plus. The role is part of a dynamic B2B sportsbook solution constantly under development.

The iGaming and Sportsbook platform team is growing and we are looking for a self-starting full-time Trader. To support our sportsbook team, we are looking to hire a smart individual with a can-do attitude to work with our sportsbook products. Our sportsbook solution is targeted to B2B operators across the globe and it is a dynamic product under constant development and improvement.

We offer the opportunity to work directly with this product in a transparent company where everyone is involved and have the ability to impact the end product.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

Monitoring of odds

Accepting and checking upcoming bets

Manual setting of odds

Pricing of markets

Managing liabilities on assigned markets

Altering odds to protect margins

Daily Basis activities:

To observe market movements and react accordingly.

Analyzing and profiling the client base of the customers.

Knowledge of the sports betting sector and its dynamics.

Betting product preparation and verification of its correctness.

Manual creation of special events and insertion of relative quotas.

Daily and real-time checks on bets collected by Customers.

Daily and real-time checks on quotas offered to customers.

Risk Monitoring.

Monitoring of bettors.

Support for colleagues in the Trading Team and managers.

What We're Looking For

High numerical ability

Mathematics discipline (as a plus)

A passion for and detailed knowledge of Sports.

A flexible approach to work

Commitment to working in shifts

Knowledge of using Excel

Fluent in English
