We are looking for a producer to create inspiring office spaces. Our goal is to transform offices into hubs of attraction, offer convenient and modern services for employees, and enhance their overall experience.
Tasks
Developing a creative vision and strategic ideas for office initiatives.
Monitoring trends in office development and implementing industry best practices.
Synchronizing processes across Office Management functions to create a unified approach to office life.
Evaluating and selecting contractors and partners to execute proposed projects.
Designing and implementing solutions to boost employee engagement and enhance the company's image.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in office management with a focus on organizing and developing office spaces.
Proven track record in implementing large-scale and high-impact projects.
Hands-on experience with financial reporting and analytics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, including spoken proficiency.
