ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Workplace Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Warsaw office, pivotal in shaping its transition from a co-working space to a brand-new, fully renovated office in central Warsaw. You will ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, fostering a vibrant and engaging work environment for our employees.
Reporting to the Office Lead based in Stockholm and collaborating with the dynamic Global Office team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Warsaw office, build relationships with external vendors and partners, and organise events that enhance the employee experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our Warsaw team's growth while aligning with global initiatives to create a cohesive and inspiring workplace culture.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Warsaw office, including managing supplies, budgets, and facilities.
● Collaborating with landlords and suppliers to maintain a high standard of office facilities.
● Planning and executing office events, including weekly and monthly gatherings and global meet-ups, in alignment with global teams.
● Managing health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
● Providing basic support to the HR team in relocating, onboarding, payroll, and training initiatives.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
● Proven experience in office management and event planning.
● Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
● People person with a natural ability to provide exceptional service.
NICE TO HAVES:
● Experience in a global company.
● Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
● Proven experience in the hospitality sector.
