The group manages a 25B USD fixed income investments cash portfolio and a multi-billion Commercial paper program. This position would be primarily responsible for Fixed income investment portfolio strategy including risk return, duration, asset allocation considerations, credit analysis, short-term and long-term fixed income investment sourcing and trade execution. The candidate will be part of a global trading team and primarily responsible for trading in the Americas and EMEA markets. This role will also be responsible for the post-investment activities and monthly and quarterly internal reporting, portfolio analysis interface with the Audit and Accounting Department on an ongoing basis as well as with Corporate FPA Group. Ad-hoc projects would be part of the job responsibilities, and there may be opportunities to participate in the Intel's foreign currency hedging program as well.The candidate will be required to communicate with external financial institutions as well as Intel's main banking partners to develop existing relationships and establish new relationships as necessary. The successful candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple competing priorities within the Global Treasury team. This position requires a self-starter who will work to continuously improve Treasury processes while maintaining a rigorous control environment and compliance with various Intel policies.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
4+ years of overall experience
2+ years of relevant (banking, capital markets, or corporate treasury) experience, including Treasury products and processes, investment products and financial instruments as well their associated risks. Trading systems and skills to work with various internal and external software solutions.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Advanced English level
Preferred qualifications:
Master's or MBA degree; CFA would be a plus.
Previous experience in trading Fixed income specifically with IG markets in Americas and EMEA regions.
Familiarity with foreign currency hedging under GAAP/IFRS hedge accounting regime
