Job Description

The Training Intern at Virtuos will work closely with the training team to update training needs and processes, prepare monthly training schedules, and coordinate training materials. Responsibilities include preparing curriculum, conducting classes (coordinating trainers, venues, catering, and communication), tracking attendance, assisting in training activities, maintaining registration and learning data, and gathering feedback. The role also involves updating training processes, creating training materials, and managing various administrative tasks related to training programs. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Must have:

Update training needs and processes
Prepare monthly training timetable
Coordinate training materials and curriculum
Conduct training classes and track attendance
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees

ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities

Work with training team in updating training needs, process, etc
Prepare Monthly Training Timetable and keep track of training schedules.
Coordinate to prepare curriculum, training materials, and tests, communication, organization and monitoring of the course or training activity.
Conduct class: Coordinate trainers, rooms, venues, and catering requirements; Send invitation, reminders or any associated information if have; follow the attendance tracking.
Teaching assistants and/or assistants in training activities.
Update current and maintain registration, program’s progress, learning data, performance evaluation, post-course reporting, etc.
Take photos, record (opening and ending) at training courses or mediation sessions as required.
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session.
And other tasks/ projects assigned by the immediate supervisor (if any).
