This work experience opportunity at Lively (a Keywords Studios company) offers students in Years 10-11 a week-long immersion into the dynamic world of game development. Participants will gain hands-on experience across various disciplines, including game design, coding, artwork creation, and quality assurance. Working alongside experienced professionals, students will learn about the creative process and contribute to the development of games. The program includes insights into the roles of artists, engineers, designers, and producers. This is an on-site opportunity in Leamington Spa, UK, requiring school/college confirmation, parental consent (if under 18), and a compelling cover letter or portfolio showcasing passion for the games industry.

Description

Embarking on work experience at Lively, students will receive a taste of our award-winning vibrant culture and get to enjoy a varied journey through all the disciplines. From designing and coding gameplay to delivering artwork, students will receive a flavour of what it is like to be working in the dynamic world of game development.

Working with Artists, Engineers, Designers, Quality Assurance and Producers, your week in the studio will provide you with first-hand insights into the creative process, learning heaps and fuelling a love for making awesome games, which is what we do best!

This listing is for students who are in school year 10-11 only and are seeking work experience for 1 week in July 2025.
