Position Overview

As a Tencent Cloud CPaaS Product Solution Achitect , you will play a key role in expanding and supporting Tencent Cloud’s international communication services, with a focus on SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, and Viber solutions. You will be responsible for driving market strategies, supporting business teams, and managing the resource planning for international telecom services. Responsibilities

• Spearhead the expansion and sales support for Tencent Cloud’s international and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan SMS services, developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate closely with business, service, and technical teams to provide comprehensive support including product training, solution design, and business strategy formulation.
• Take ownership of the resource planning and deployment for international SMS channels, Voice, WhatsApp, and Viber services, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Work closely with the procurement team in identifying high-quality, stable telecom operators/service providers, and work with the business team in negotiations and onboarding.
