ABOUT THE ROLE           
 
Are you ready to level up your career in the fast-paced world of iGaming? We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee and manage tax compliance, planning, and strategy, ensuring that our operations across multiple jurisdictions run smoothly and in full compliance with regulatory standards. You'll play a crucial role in driving our financial strategy forward, working alongside a collaborative team passionate about innovation in iGaming. If you have a strong background in tax management and are excited by the dynamic nature of the iGaming industry, we’d love to hear from you! 
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:                 
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (legal and compliance, finance, and other relevant stakeholders) to support business needs.
  • Partnering with external advisors on transfer pricing projects.
  • Gathering and analysing transfer pricing data to prepare and update the Group’s transfer pricing documentation and other compliance documents for the legal entities in the Group as well as comply with requests from external auditors.
  • Analysing and preparing responses on transfer pricing topics during local country tax audits.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, including technical deep-dives.
  • Researching tax issues, preparing technical documentation and assisting on special transfer pricing projects (incl. M&A), as needed.
  • Overseeing and assisting with the drafting of inter-company agreements.
  • Advising management and the Group Board of Directors (if needed).
               
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
   
Essential Skills:        
  • University degree within law, business or economics area.
  • 3-7 years of transfer pricing experience (preferably in a consultancy firm such as Big4).
  • Experience from other tax areas than transfer pricing.
Nice to have skills:          
  • Igaming industry knowledge.
  • Big4 expertise.
