Job Description
Barracuda Networks seeks a driven Tax Accounting Intern to assist with tax planning and research, quarterly estimate calculations, tax account reconciliation with federal and state authorities, and various small projects. Responsibilities include working on federal and state tax returns, quarterly estimates, and fixed asset ledger reconciliation. The ideal candidate possesses fundamental knowledge of financial statements, basic accounting and tax research skills, a strong work ethic, and a detail-oriented analytical mind. This hybrid internship requires on-site presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Campbell or San Jose, CA.

Barracuda's 2025 Internship is reserved for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and does not require work authorization, now or in the future. This role is hybrid based out of Campbell, San Jose and required on site days are Wednesday and Thursday.

We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Tax Intern to join our Tax Team. As a Tax Intern, you will help us with tax planning and research, calculation of the quarterly estimate payments, reconcile tax accounts with federal and state authorities and variety other small projects. We want someone who is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and excited to learn something new.
Tech Stack :
- Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
What you'll be working on :
- Federal and State tax returns, quarterly estimates, fixed assets’ ledger reconciliation.

- Fundamental knowledge of financial statements.
- Basic accounting and tax research skills.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $22.00 - $33.00 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
