We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Studio Manager to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Philippines. As the Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring the smooth running of our creative studio.

• Manage and lead a team of professionals, including motivating, and coaching them
• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and streamline processes
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Create and maintain a positive, supportive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation
• Develop and update operational procedures and manuals as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Manage studio budget, including resource allocation and cost control measures
• Organize and participate in team-building activities and events to boost morale and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations

• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in studio management or a similar leadership role
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with project management tools and studio management software
