As a Strategic Partner Manager at YouTube's Content Partnerships team, you'll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators and partners. This role involves managing complex content agreements, collaborating across various departments, and ensuring partner success on the platform. Responsibilities include: developing new partnership opportunities, assisting partners in utilizing YouTube products for growth, analyzing key metrics, resolving business issues, and working cross-functionally to support business growth. You'll also implement projects, share best practices, and contribute to the overall growth of the YouTube creator ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Thai, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be passionate about the media industry and content creators.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Business development/partnership/sales experience
  • Fluency in English and Thai
  • Project management skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
Good to have:
  • Experience with scaled program management
  • Understanding of creator/content ecosystems
  • Excellent consultation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or consultative roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Thai fluently to support client relationship management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and sales, and ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Experience with scaled program management.
  • Understanding of creator/content ecosystems and online businesses.
  • Passion for the media industry and content creators/partners.
  • Excellent consultation and problem solving skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

You will also initiate and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner systems around reporting, content management and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on partner performance. Ensuring growth with our teams will also be a key determinant of your success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen strategic partnerships with creators/partners as well as develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Help creators/partners understand and adopt YouTube products/features to grow their channels and audience. Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.
  • Resolve business issues with creators/partners in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work cross-functionally to support business opportunities.
  • Implement projects and other initiatives and share best practices with peers.
