Job description

As a team contributor that co-work with internal stakeholder including technical and marketing staff to deliver best value to customer. Analyze & resolve customer problems by co-working with support engineer or customers. Plan, design, execute, and operate manual/automation testing to validate the quality of the delivery. Create and build-up required testing infra, automation testing, and tool based on business needed. Operate, analyze & resolve customer problems by listening to data and customer feedbacks.

Qualification/Requirement

Bachelor degree or above majored in Computer Science related. At least 3 years experience in software development industry and 2 of the full year in testing or test automation related domain. Familiar with scripting language (Python/bash/PowerShell) and software test automation framework like Robot/Pytest Framework..etc Software test plan/case design, and test execution. Daily Operation on Linux. ex, remote troubleshooting/deployment with command line.

Experienced in one of following domain/skill is a plus

Non functional testing, ex, Stress/Volume/Security Testing. Agile Development, ex, Scrum or Kanban. Public cloud infrastructure like AWS and Azure. CI/CD Integration

Non-technical Skill and Personality

Excellent problem tracing and solving, solution-delivering skills, cross-team collaboration/communication, and ability to work independently Fast learner and strong passion of learning new technology Preference of Autonomy, Growth Mindset, and Situational Leadership Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
