Position Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational growth. This role involves Salesforce administration, system integration, data management, reporting, user support, security, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in leveraging technology to achieve strategic business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders across the organization.
 
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
 
 Salesforce Administration: Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce configurations. 
● System Integration: Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 
● Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, data cleansing, and data quality assessments to maintain data integrity within Salesforce. 
● Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices, data privacy policies, and compliance standards within Salesforce. 
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize system performance and user experience. 
● Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and training materials. 
● Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyticaltools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. 
● User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support,troubleshooting, and training to Salesforce users, ensuring optimal utilization ofthe platform.
 
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 301), Platform AppBuilder, CPQ or Service Cloud are a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management. 
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
