Summary

The Information Technology Department at Ubisoft Bucharest seeks an ERP Application Specialist (1-year fixed-term contract) to provide functional and technical support for their internal ERP system. The role requires experience in IT or Accounting/Finance, preferably with ERP systems, and basic SQL/Oracle database knowledge. Understanding of accounting principles is a plus. The successful candidate will be analytical, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a sense of ownership and a passion for learning.

The Information Technology Department of Ubisoft Bucharest is looking for an ERP Application Specialist to provide functional and basic technical support for the company’s internal ERP System for internal users located in our worldwide offices, on the Finance modules, as well as on Ubisoft’s Supplier Management System.

 

Your main mission:

  • Perform functional and basic technical analysis on the assigned support tickets and handle the communication with the users;
  • Collaborate closely with Support Developers to identify the best solutions for bug corrections/ developments in the requested deadlines;
  • Create working procedures, build-up knowledge database and functional documentation;
  • Provide trainings and step by step application utilization guidance for applications’ users.
  • Create SQL queries and request data updates in the database;
  • Perform regular system monitoring and data clean-up activities;

Qualifications

The professional value you bring:

  • Previous experience in IT or Accounting/ Finance, preferably around ERP systems;
  • Previous experience in Customer Support or a similar role
  • Basic SQL/ Oracle databases knowledge. 
  • Understanding of Accounting principles is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Good written and oral knowledge of English, French is a plus.
