Responsibilities include independently managing daily workflows, overseeing service center operations, controlling warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator in German and English, a team player, and flexible enough to work shifts (including weekends and evenings) within a 5-day work week. Prior experience with electric vehicles is not required, but excellent customer service skills are essential.
