Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Kastrup, Denmark. This apprenticeship offers on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), four-wheel alignments, drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and operation of various tools. The ideal candidate possesses strong teamwork skills, reliability, enthusiasm for the automotive industry, fluency in English, and excellent communication. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, web) are also required.

- 4 Wheel alignment (understanding know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
- Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific repair)
- Basic diagnostics
- Body adjustments
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English language is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
