The Challenge:

As a Workplace Operations Program Manager for Take-Two Corporation, you will report to the Business Operation Leader for the Global Workplace Services and Real Estate (WRE) team that manages and administers a program or operational center of excellence supporting the global Workplace Services teams. This position participates in the development, administration, and recommendation of related program initiatives, projects, and processes that drive the overall Workplace Services strategy and enables business decisions. This position is Full-time, exempted.

What You’ll Take On:

Program and Project Management

  • Programs: manage special projects/initiatives for the Workplace Services team that need to be implemented globally, maintained, and reported to executive management
  • Synthesize WRE's strategic focus into actionable programs to support business objectives:
  • Formulate, organize, monitor, and report on stand-along and interconnected projects
  • Coordinate all project activities, including stakeholder management and accountability
  • Develop and control project deadlines, deliverables, budgets, reporting, and success factors
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management to ensure project success
  • Tracking and reporting of KPIs and OKRs specific to facility operations (service tickets, operational expense, projects, etc.)
  • Coordinate collection and organization of content for quarterly all-hands meetings and other presentations as may be required
  • Provide administrative support for the WRE leadership team as needed

Process Management

  • Workplace Services Process: development and management of standard facility operations processes, playbooks, guidelines, and project management principles
  • Articulate and drive adoption of WRE’s digital archiving and data retention strategies
  • Business Operations Process: assist with documenting of operational process for the business (budget, headcount planning, business reviews, capital projects, & real estate transactions)
  • Utilize Business Process Modeling to drive efficient and effective process improvements within Workplace Services organization and with our partner organizations

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Work closely with the Workplace Services global teams to manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Partner with Procurement to streamline vendors, consolidate agreements, drive competitive pricing, and reduce overall operational expenses
  • Manage, coordinate, and reconcile vendor agreements, PO’s, and invoices to ensure budgets are maintained
  • Ensure all agreements are current, renewed and/or terminated as required; including auditing of terms and scope
  • Yearly operational expense budget planning and quarterly business reviews

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years in Workplace Services/Facility Management or related industry experience with demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong background in project management principles and program management success
  • Process development and improvement experience
  • Understanding of workplace trends and processes including knowledge of workspace strategy
  • Strong background in project management principles and program management success
  • Strong budget and financial management acumen as well as vendor management experience
  • Proven ability to develop and improve business processes (knowledge of BPM - Business Process Modeling a plus
  • Work closely with a variety of vendors, consultants and service providers to ensure efficiency, competitive pricing, innovation and exemplary customer service
  • RFP issuance and bid leveling
  • Effectively reconcile work orders, PO’s and invoices against an established budget
  • Creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative work style
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience and a proven track record leading multi-disciplinary project teams and managing change
  • Proven capacity to develop interpersonal relationships with business partners to foster a culture of collaboration and be positioned as a trusted leader
  • Ability to work in a team setting with a customer service focus and deep understanding of delivering world-class customer service in a dynamic, ever-changing environment; Corporate Culture Ambassador

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $91,100 and $134,840 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
