Job Description
Tesla Motors seeks a Service Intern to join their team in Taipei City. This customer-facing role requires strong customer service and technical skills. Responsibilities include preliminary inspections and repairs of Tesla vehicles, handling fast and ludicrous repair items (tire changes, door handle replacements, 12V battery replacements, accessory installations, etc.), performing PDI (pre-delivery inspection), operating workshop equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The intern will work on various vehicle components, use electrical and workshop tools, and perform general maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Position DescriptionThe Role Tesla Motors is looking for a vehicle service superstar to join our team as a Service Intern working on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position is customer facing, so solid customer service skills combined with exceptional “hands on” technical ability go hand in hand. This position is located at the service center. Communication is highly important. Excellent Oral and Written communication required. If you are able to deliver strong customer satisfaction consistently, are motivated and a team player, we are interested in speaking with you.

- 操作電力及各種車間維修工具
- 進行工場設備檢查，調整和認證
- 進行新車交付前的檢查（PDI）
- 執行其他被委派的相關職務
- 保持車輛，工具和維修中心整潔
