Responsibilities

The scope of work will encompass promoting IGT industry-leading portfolio of games, systems and solutions across global Gaming and PlayDigital, in addition to supporting needs of internal organizations such as People & Transformation, Executive leadership and many more.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing for US and Global Creative Services and works closely in partnership with the US Social Media Manager, Director of Product Marketing, Creative Services team, and Web Services team to deliver content and web strategies that help drive the sales of IGT products, elicits favorable customer response, and engages employees while representing best-in-class brand practices and disciplines.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Show expertise and experience in marketing-oriented web development including journey mapping, SEO, content strategizing, wireframe building, analytics, content optimizing, and content governing. 
  • Draft, implement, maintain, project-manage, and revise online marketing strategies to drive engagement on the IGT site(s). Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure active promotions and campaigns are accurately and effectively represented on the website(s). Collaborate with web design, development, and marketing teams to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO). Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends with high-level awareness on how to turn trends into development/optimization opportunities for IGT.
  • Display impeccable communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Lead through influence. Collaborating with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a proactive individual with strong planning skills and a unique ability to maximize efforts with limited resources. Responsibilities: Plan and implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the IGT website(s). Ensure messaging for marketing strategies and campaigns are updated regularly on the IGT website(s) that correlate with messaging across all other marketing channels including social, digital, email, etc. Collaborate heavily with web development and design teams, providing guidance, standardization practices, and leadership on marketing-related aspects of the IGT web presence.
  • Develop and expand IGT web presence through links to social media, email, digital advertising, and other online sources.
  • Own a governance structure that ensures all content is curated, timely, relevant and effective.
  • Develop and manage an analytics suite tied to business metrics. Create dashboards to report out performance, identify insights, and apply those insights into future web projects.
  • Ensure that all brand standards are adhered to in our web environment. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience effectively managing web development/strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns and web pages.
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with HTML and web design. 
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience specifically related to web development.
  • Proven experience leading through influence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177 - $156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
