As a Support Engineer, you'll be a key member of the global platform team, responsible for maintaining the availability and performance of critical services like account management, announcements, and payments across various HoYoverse products (Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact, etc.).  Responsibilities include incident management, root cause analysis, deployment support, improvement of monitoring dashboards, documentation of procedures, and identifying process improvements.  You'll work closely with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operation and enhance the player experience.

    <p><strong>What You Will Do:&nbsp; </strong></p>
<p>The global platform team at HoYoverse provides common functionalities to all of our products, Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact, Tears of Themis, Zenless Zone Zero, HoYoLab, etc. Our systems include a wide range of modules, such as account, announcement, payment. As these services are critical to players' experience, we invest heavily into technologies and uphold our high standard on availability, maintainability, robustness and scalability. Now we are ready to take our platform to the next level, and we need your help.</p>
<p>As a Support Engineer in our global platform team, you will have the unique opportunity to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be the commander of online issues / incidents, find root causes via analysing system metrics or reading application logs, communicate clearly to relevant stakeholders without excessive technical jargon, write retrospect documents to help the team learn from failures.</li>
<li>Be responsible for the deployment of our services and release of new features to users, and provide support for post-deployment regression testing.</li>
<li>Continuously improve our application logs and monitoring dashboards by working with backend / infrastructure engineering teams, to detect issues earlier, find root causes faster and reduce false alarms.</li>
<li>Consolidate common procedures and write SOP documents / monitoring playbook so that the team could apply the same standardised optimal actions when it happens again.</li>
<li>Identify inefficiencies and potential risks in our processes, and propose improvements to them.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or degree in a program related to Computer Science or Information Technology.</li>
<li>Familiar with at least 1 programming language, able to write scripts or SQL queries for debugging, monitoring, statistics, etc.</li>
<li>Familiar with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK Stack, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understanding of software release practices, including but not limited to A/B test, feature flags, grayscale deployment, etc.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and a strong team player.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous working experience or knowledge in banking, finance, fintech or payment, etc.</li>

Vidsy is looking for a Creative to support the execution of social video campaigns for major brands. You'll be working with a team to translate client requirements into briefs for Vidsy's Creator network, ideating creative routes, managing the production process, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
