Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager, Drive Unit Development (Powertrain)

Tesla's drive unit development team seeks skilled Technical Program Managers to lead the next generation of drive units, from prototype to launch. Responsibilities include defining and tracking project schedules (using JIRA), coordinating with engineering, vendors, and cross-functional teams globally, understanding and resolving technical issues, managing build plans across multiple programs, and facilitating logistics and production validation. The ideal candidate possesses an M.Sc. in a relevant engineering field (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of program management experience for complex electromechanical products. Experience planning resources, analyzing metrics, and defining business cases for large-scale programs is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.
