Summary

This IT Specialist role involves providing IT infrastructure and end-user support within an international team based in Germany. Responsibilities include setting up workstations for new employees, resolving end-user issues (locally and remotely), supporting local IT services (file server, print server, AD, etc.), and providing IT support for local events. The role also involves working with corporate systems (service desk, SVN, etc.), preparing IT documentation, and communicating with suppliers. Business trips to other offices may be required. The ideal candidate will have experience with end-user equipment troubleshooting, network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP, SSH), SVN, common end-user applications, and Linux. Advanced MAC OS knowledge is essential.
Must have:
  • Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, PCs, printers)
  • Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • SVN experience
  • Linux experience
  • Advanced MAC OS troubleshooting
  • MS product support
Good to have:
  • Russian language

About the Project: IT Infrastructure and end user support.
Our team: International friendly team. 7 people in different locations in Germany
Technologies used: Social engineering and others :)
Opportunities: Getting unique experience of working in the international environment with open-minded people. Increasing of the technical expertise

Responsibilities

Installation workplaces for new employees

Solving end-users issues locally and remotely.

Supporting local IT services (file server, print server, AD, etc)

IT supporting local events (teleconferences, meetings etc)

Business trips to other offices if necessary.

Work with corporate systems (servicedesk, svn, etc)

Prepare IT documentation

Communications with suppliers

Skills

Must have

Hardware: basic experience with end-user equipment (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, IP Phone, Projector etc) Understanding of main components, Upgrade. Troubleshooting.

Network: basic understanding technologies and protocols : TCP\IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP,SSH, Troubleshooting.

Other: SVN, other common end-user applications.

Work experience with Linux.

MAC: advanced knowledge's, troubleshooting.

Experience of MS products support

Nice to have

Russian language
