Project description

Luxoft is the major independent Software Services company world-wide. We deliver professional software services in multiple business verticals, especially Automotive. The Digital Cockpit practice as part of Luxoft automotive delivers stunning user experience to our customers. We develop IVI systems from pixel to silicon and apply agile methodologies to tackle challenging projects in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

MW Base

Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Conduct project reviews and post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Must have

Project Management: Proven experience in managing software development projects.

Automotive Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automotive software development processes and standards.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with embedded systems, RTOS, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).

Nice to have

AUTOSAR: Experience with AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms.

ISO 26262: Knowledge of functional safety standards.

Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of SDLC processes.

Middleware: Experience with middleware development and integration.

Enterprise Architect: Familiarity with Enterprise Architect for software design and documentation.

Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
