We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Operations Advocate to join our DevInfra team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, development, and growth of ByteDance's internal R & D tool products, creating impactful solutions that enhance developer productivity and experience. Key Responsibilities: -Product Operation Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance product awareness and technical influence through events, content, and DevRel. Gather user feedback to drive product optimization. -User Growth Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SA, R&D) to design and execute growth strategies for large customers and developers, focusing on achieving product growth KPIs. -Product Experience Governance: Create frameworks to measure and govern product experience, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data. Partner with product teams to optimize the developer experience and meet experience-related KPIs. -Data Analysis & Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain data dashboards, track user behavior, and analyze data to inform product and operational improvements. -Service Optimization: Enhance developer support services (training, documentation, work order/on-call support) through internal efforts and cross-functional collaboration, prioritizing user experience.
Qualifications
Minimim Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of relevant experience in product operations, user growth, or developer engagement. -Proven ability to formulate and execute product operation and user growth strategies, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. -Solid experience in data analysis, using data to identify issues, drive optimization, and adjust operational strategies. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across product managers, solution architects, and R&D teams to drive initiatives. -High execution capacity, able to move projects from concept to delivery with attention to detail and strong follow-through. -Experience optimizing support services like training, documentation, and technical support for developer users. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in toB/toD developer operations, R&D tools, AI product operations, or similar technical domains. -Ability to build and interpret complex data dashboards and metrics to improve product and operational performance.- -Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends, constantly seeking to improve processes and outcomes. Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110222 - $248400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
