About the role
As the Senior Product Manager of the Rebates team, you will lead a cross-functional Mission Aligned Team (MAT) to drive growth for Super+ Membership and drive innovative 0->1 bets. You will do this by driving various metrics (efficient CACs, trial to full membership conversion, initial activation, and understanding retention trade-offs) of acquired membership users, reimagining our customers’ onboarding acquisition funnels to best suit the channels we serve, and creating new products for our Super+ membership program. Your primary role is to identify opportunities, test and iterate to find and optimize product<>market<>model<>channel fit, develop and direct the product roadmap, develop go-to-market plans and execute with your MAT. This is a high visibility, high priority role, with close collaborations cross-functionally with all of our product verticals at Super, including various General Managers, C suite executives, Group product managers and the functional working teams. The successful candidate has strong analytical skills, is strategic and has excellent communication and collaboration know-how.
