The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Football team, focusing on creating exceptional user experiences for our tablet and mobile applications. These tools are used during practices by football players, coaches, and American football kickers, enabling them to track performance and make data-driven improvements. Your work will directly impact how some of the best players and teams in the world enhance their skills through actionable insights and innovative design.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our football and American football applications. Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and fellow designers, your work will range from brainstorming and creating wireframes to designing and delivering high-fidelity interfaces.

You’ll also prototype new features to validate design concepts and improve existing ones, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, and you’ll often be involved in conducting user interviews and other types of research to ensure that your work is on the right track. Additionally, you’ll help refine and expand our design system, ensuring a consistent and polished experience across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to design industry-leading tools that empower athletes to unlock their full potential on the field.

Job requirements

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 5+ years of extensive product design experience spanning the full product design lifecycle, including ideation, research, facilitation, conceptualization, validation/testing, and visual design.

  • Experience designing mobile-based products, with an eye for creating seamless and engaging user experiences.

  • Proficiency in vector-based digital design tools and confidence in working within and contributing to design systems.

  • Experience thriving in agile environments with changing priorities, where flexibility and adaptability are key.

  • Relevant design experience in a tech-driven, product-focused company.

  • A portfolio or case studies showcasing your craft, creativity, and impactful work on relevant projects.

You are:

  • A clear communicator: Comfortable articulating your ideas and design decisions to team members and stakeholders, while proactively seeking and incorporating feedback.

  • Empathetic to users: Skilled at putting yourself in the users’ shoes, enabling you to design efficient experiences that truly meet their needs.

  • A systems thinker: Able to identify patterns from specific examples and apply them to the bigger picture, ensuring a consistent and cohesive design.

  • Collaborative by nature: You thrive in a team environment, enjoy co-designing with other designers, and value giving and receiving constructive feedback.

  • Passionate about sports (not required, but a valuable asset): An interest in sports, particularly knowledge about football or American football, is a big plus in this role.

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed!
