We are looking for a Product Data Analyst.
Your main tasks will be:
- Identifying growth opportunities and proposing hypotheses to improve key product metrics.
- Assisting in generating, prioritizing, validating, and evaluating hypotheses (“What if…?” scenarios).
- Detecting anomalies and deviations in key metrics, signaling issues with the product.
- Evaluating the impact of product changes: designing experiments (defining test duration and feasibility), preparing analytical requirements, analyzing effects using A/B tests and Causal inference methods, and maintaining documentation on experiments (statuses and results).
- Maintaining and improving product dashboards for ongoing monitoring and insights.
We expect from you:
Required Hard Skills:
- Mathematics and Statistics: Strong knowledge of A/B testing, alternative testing methods, sensitivity improvements, and statistical applications.
- Python/ML: Proficient in data processing (API parsing, etc.), building regression models, segmentation, and clustering.
- SQL: Experienced in window functions, query optimization, procedures, and creating data marts.
- Product and Marketing Metrics: Solid understanding of LTV, CPA, retention, conversion rates, and related metrics.
- BI Tools: Proficiency with tools like Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
Required Soft Skills:
- Business and Goal Orientation: Proven track record of achieving results that significantly impact the business, minimizing “work for the sake of work.”
- Product Thinking: Ability to view metrics through the lens of user behavior and pain points, striving to benefit both users and the business.
