As Senior HR People Advisor, you’ll play a vital part in our success, supporting our employees with their HR queries so that they can focus on their own jobs. Taking care of their issues, whether big or small, and making sure they get a great employee experience in every interaction with HR.
The People (HR) team for Poland is looking for a Senior HR People Advisor to join our great team in Warsaw or Mszczonow. This role provides support to our white collar employees in Poland.
Your role as Senior HR People Advisor will be to solve the HR-related queries of our employees and leaders and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.
For this you will:
- Own people’s queries about HR policies and procedures, understand their needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the queries.
- Support leaders and employees with queries regarding pay and benefits and time and attendance
- Actively work in Workday (our HR management system) and maintain case trackers, driving timely action where needed
- Support employees with their benefits, policy & procedure queries, understand their needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the queries.
- Guide and train employees and managers in the HR systems and HR service delivery model
- Support the delivery of the HR Cycle with co-ordination and administration related to hiring, onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.
- Create communications on life cycle events that impact employees to proactively inform them on changes impacting them.
- Interact with 3rd parties where needed, such as Edenred, Generali & Lux med among others.
- Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents. Key documentation review responsibilities could include Employee Records, HR Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, and Benefits & Compensation. Mitigate potential legal and compliance risks through diligent review and maintenance of documentation
- Active participation in various HR related projects
What we are looking for
We need you to be passionate about delivering great employee experience! You have a lot of empathy and drive to take care of every employee’s query.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of Experience in a generalist HR, or equivalent experience in an HR operations setting
- Self starter that works with a high level of autonomy, while also being part of a wider People Advisory team
- In-depth knowledge of Polish labour law as well as a strong foundation and understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English
- Experience in Workday or other HRIS would be an asset
- Strong data and systems analytical skills are highly advantageous
- Flexible to occasional travel to other locations in Poland, such as Gdansk, Gdynia, Mszczonow.
