About the Team The Global Recruitment Coordination team is primarily responsible to provide professional and efficient recruiting coordination services for the full-cycle interview process. This team is part of the Talent Center (a CoE) which has a wide remit including policy & process, early careers, and TA enablement. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support multiple international stakeholders to support our continued rapid growth. Responsibilities: 1. Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and the hiring teams. 2. Cooperate with the recruitment team in candidate activation, interview process optimization, and data analysis. 3. Build up and maintain a good relationship with the hiring teams, understand their hiring needs thoroughly, and support various recruitment projects. 4. Promote ByteDance/TikTok branding and ensure the best candidate experience when engaging with talents.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree and above. 2. Strong written & verbal communication skills in Japanese and English for effective liaison with external candidates. 3. Self-starter with a high level of curiosity and outstanding learning ability. 4. Can work under pressure and be a good team player. Preferred Qualifications: 6. HR background and/or recruitment experience is preferred, or an interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn is welcomed. 7. Good organizational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.
