Job Description

FanCode is seeking a Senior Manager - Analytics with 9+ years of experience in the domain. You'll optimize customer journeys, drive engagement, and build LTV. Must-haves include strong SQL and visualization tools proficiency, deep A/B Testing understanding, and 2+ years of people management experience.

Job Details

FanCode is India’s premier sports destination committed to giving fans a highly personalised experience across content and merchandise for a wide variety of sports. Founded by sports industry veterans Yannick Colaco and Prasana Krishnan in March 2019, FanCode has over 100 million users. It has partnered with domestic, international sports leagues and associations across multiple sports.

In content, FanCode offers interactive live streaming for sports with industry-first subscription formats like Match, Bundle and Tour Passes, along with monthly and annual subscriptions at affordable prices.

Through FanCode Shop, it also offers fans a wide range of sports merchandise for sporting teams, brands and leagues across the world.

Your Role

Create comprehensive Analytical frameworks to optimize customer journeys, drive engagement / manage churn and build LTV. Translate complex data patterns into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
Partner with cross-functional leaders to define / track key health metrics and growth levers
Build a culture of test & learn and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
Manage and mentor a team of Analysts, ensuring their continued growth and development
Establish credibility as a key player to influence product/business strategy based on rich insights and predictions from data. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Build data efficiencies and implement best practices to improve reporting suite infrastructure

Must Have

9+ years of relevant professional experience in the Analytics domain
High proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI etc.)
Deep understanding of A/B Testing frameworks
2 years of people management experience
