Job Description

Dream Game Studios seeks a Customer and Community Support specialist to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include effective communication across multiple channels, resolving customer issues using in-depth product knowledge, fostering an active community, gathering and analyzing customer feedback for product improvement, and coordinating community events. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. Success requires empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

Role

Customer Relationship Management - Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Must Have
