NXP’s EMEA Sales Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals who is interested in being a part of a talented international sales team, engaging with customers in deploying the latest technologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for developing and executing Key Accounts strategies to influence and maximize profitable NXP sales at a leading Industrial & Automotive customers in Italy in the strategic growth areas of Electrical/Electronics, UWB, Electrification & Vehicle Connectivity, Factory Automation, Power & Energy, Home & Building Automation.
- Identify concrete areas of cooperation working with NXP experts and “translate” these into contracts which you will negotiate towards a win-win outcome with your customers
- Develop appropriate system proposals. This involves close cooperation and communication with NXP’s sales and field application engineering teams as well as intensive communication with the responsible NXP business lines
- Drive new product definition together with the customer and the respective NXP Business Lines to secure NXP’s long-term success in this key market segment.
- Understand the customer‘s vision and strategy, opportunities and issues, short and long term
- Understand formal & informal hierarchy, decision-makers, collecting insights at the customer
- Establish and develop strategic relationships within the account at all management levels
- Be measured on the growth of NXP sales and new design wins in your territory
Your Profile
- Electrical engineering degree or similar. Knowledge about Electronic / Semiconductor products in the Automotive &/or Industrial environment and their usage in these fields
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineering
- Customer and business focus. Flexibility, motivation, and networking ability are requested for this position at all management levels
- Ability to explain complex technical contents in a convincing fashion appropriate to the level of the business partner
- Analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and communicate these internally to relevant Business Lines
- You have a proven track record of success in a challenging business environment
- Ability to maintain technical expertise/competence with the ever-changing technology
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English
- Team player in a global and multi-cultural environment
- Willing to travel (majority domestic)
