Responsibilities

Join us as a key player in our platform application development. Your expertise will drive the creation of customer-facing frontends, backends, and APIs that serves as middleware to control our VR systems and customer VR sessions. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of administrative backends, empowering us to efficiently manage our VR Systems and customers.
Take ownership of legacy codebases, applying your skills to implement new features, enhance functionality, address bugs, optimize performance, and take up documentation slack.
Develop and maintain robust applications, leveraging your expertise across multiple versions and frameworks
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support for our extensive catalog of products and customer base.
Craft responsive and interactive user interfaces using key technologies, adhering to industry best practices and standards. Revitalize and modernize user experiences while maintaining compatibility with existing systems.
Leverage your experience in data management, development, optimization and troubleshooting
Implement database performance tuning strategies to ensure optimal response times and efficient resource utilization.
Be your best in ensuring seamless integration and functionality, while always maintaining a data security mindset.

Key Qualifications

Over 5 years of proven experience in Fullstack Development, specializing in the enhancement of legacy systems.
Drive for the bigger picture.
Proficient in Java across various versions and frameworks as well as proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JSON and frontend technologies, C++ skills are an advantage.
Experience with relational databases for data management and optimization.
Demonstrated ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve complex challenges in the software. An inclination to delve into details. A creative thinker, skilled in unleashing innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, essential for working in cross-functional teams.
A master level of German is required; a working knowledge of English is a significant advantage.
