Fishlabs seeks a Senior Concept Artist to join a multi-disciplinary team supporting multiple projects.  Responsibilities include key art creation, style development, environment and character concept design, and visual communication with project teams (storyboards, mood boards, etc.).  The role requires strong anatomy knowledge, traditional and digital art skills, adaptability to various styles, and proficiency in 2D software and basic 3D (blockouts).  The artist will also contribute to studio identity and branding initiatives and mentor junior artists.  A minimum of 3+ years of game industry experience is required.
