Job Summary
Job Description
HOLOGATE seeks a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to manage financial operations. Responsibilities include checking, recording, and allocating invoices; preparing outgoing invoices; assisting with monthly/annual financial statements and audits; ensuring compliance; coordinating with other departments; and performing statistical analyses. The role requires native German and fluent English, completed commercial training or equivalent, accounting experience, knowledge of tax laws, MS Office proficiency (especially Excel), and strong communication and independent work skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Checking, recording and allocating all incoming invoices
- Preparation of outgoing invoices

- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordination with other departments and statistical analyses
- General organizational office tasks
Key Qualifications
- German at native speaker level and fluent in English
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in accounting
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central an advantage
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently, flexibility and above all reliability
