• As the first point of contact for colleagues with IT problems, you will identify and rectify errors and faults (1st to 3rd level support).
• You carry out local rollouts, set up new applications and functionalities and equip colleagues throughout Europe with the necessary IT hardware.
• You operate and standardize the coliquio network infrastructure.
• You ensure that our office IT environment is secure and constantly improved by implementing and optimizing the latest security procedures 
• You manage the user and access rights of the infrastructure and information systems.
• In cooperation with your team, you implement and optimize processes, guidelines and standards 

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable training or studies
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Specialist knowledge in the network area
• Experience in the administration of a modern cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365)
• Sound knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
• Fluent German and good English skills
• High reliability and service mentality, team player
