Job Description

As Senior IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and further development of the entire office IT environment. You'll work at one of our locations in Constance or Munich, or a hybrid mix. Responsibilities include identifying and rectifying IT errors and faults, local rollouts, setting up applications and functionalities, equipping colleagues throughout Europe with necessary IT hardware, operating and standardizing the coliquio network infrastructure, ensuring the office IT environment is secure and constantly improved, managing user and access rights, implementing and optimizing processes, guidelines, and standards.

Must have:

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable training or studies
2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Specialist knowledge in the network area
Experience in the administration of a modern cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365)
Sound knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
Fluent German and good English skills
High reliability and service mentality, team player

YOUR CHALLENGE

As Senior IT Systemadministrator you will be responsible for the smooth operation and further development of the entire office IT environment. You decide where you want to work: at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.

WHAT TO EXPECT

As the first point of contact for colleagues with IT problems, you will identify and rectify errors and faults (1st to 3rd level support).
You carry out local rollouts, set up new applications and functionalities and equip colleagues throughout Europe with the necessary IT hardware.
You operate and standardize the coliquio network infrastructure.
You ensure that our office IT environment is secure and constantly improved by implementing and optimizing the latest security procedures
You manage the user and access rights of the infrastructure and information systems.
In cooperation with your team, you implement and optimize processes, guidelines and standards

YOUR PROFILE
