Proposal Manager

Are you interested in a position in the Games Industry with a creative focus and an emphasis on industry knowledge? We are a fun, unorthodox Business Development and Marketing team for one of the world's largest Video Game Service companies.  

We are expanding our Proposals team in Belgrade, to support the global sales and marketing efforts. The role is an additional role to an existing team and will support the creation of tailored business proposals to meet the needs of our clients and leverage Testronic's range of services. 

This role is about the creative, the impact that our story has when engaging with our clients. The role is about the visual, not the price. Pricing is somebody else’s job.  

Working with a global sales team, the role is critical to our go to market strategy in creating customised content to appeal to some of the world's largest video game publishers.  

The ideal candidate will be a nexus of creativity and gaming cultural flair, with a desire to learn more about how the game industry operates.  

While this is not a client facing role, the impact this role has on our client communications is very high.  

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation of engaging content and messaging for our client pitches 
• Using your storytelling ability to craft a narrative of why Testronic should be the first partner for game developers and publishers  
• Collaborate with the Business Development team who will lead the client engagement to:  
• Identify client priorities and win themes 
• Create and execute a proposal project plan 
• Conduct market and competitive research 
• Act as point of contact for proposal contributors 
• Ensure proposals and presentations are aligned with the prospect’s tone of voice 
• Report proposal progress to executive management 

• Proven creative design ability in PowerPoint/Canva or similar software to generate professional deliverables during sales activity, including presentations, visual assets and other client facing content 
• Familiarity with the Games industry and common terminology  
• Professional experience or qualifications in creative disciplines would be desirable  
• Highly organised and self-driven to manage key deadlines  
• Team player, with the comfort of working with multi-national teams, on a global basis 
• High level of English proficiency  
• Knowledge-based on work in QA, Art, Game Development, Localisation or outsourcing services  a benefit
