Role Overview
We are seeking an independent Senior IT Support Specialist to join our London office. You will be working within an Apple device environment, with Google Workplace. Your role will be to act as the go to person in the London office (our headquarters) to support the organisation with anything related to IT Support,
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our internal helpdesk service for software & hardware configuration, hardware purchases and repair, licences, SaaS access etc
- Planning for the budgeting and purchase of hardware and licences, supplier management, control, and budget optimisation
- Managing MDM for company workstations and mobile devices
- Regularly audit software and licences
- Configuring and managing SaaS Management Automation Workflows
- Managing security of end-user devices, antivirus setup
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Writing IT support documentation for employees
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You are an advanced user of Apple software and hardware
- Experience with Google Workspace services, Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence), and Mobile Device Management
- Independent, responsible and able to make decisions quickly
- Discipline, attention to detail, organised, with good planning skills and time management
