Summary

Senior iOS Developer needed to contribute to a high-rated banking application (4.8 stars, >1 million downloads per platform). Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, implementing, documenting, and testing application features; supporting team members; estimating and solving complex engineering problems; writing automated test scripts; performing code reviews; participating in release planning and gathering business requirements; interacting with production support teams; and bug fixing. The team uses Agile methodology (2-week sprints) and offers flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be part of an 18-person team and will have opportunities to share ideas with the client.
Must have:
  • 7+ years experience (Swift, Objective-C)
  • Xcode, Git, CocoaPods, SwiftLint, Postman
  • Create application views from code (SnapKit)
  • VIPER architecture
  • Fluent English and Polish

- Application has 4.8 stars on App Store and Google play with more than 300 thousand opinion and more than 1 million downloads per platform.
- The team is continuously updating the app with new features recommended by newest operating system standards
- Thanks to a large number of users after each release developers are getting instant-feedback about it on the stores
- Agile team (18 people) include dedicated testers that are testing every feature
- 2 weeks sprints
- Every developer has possibility to share his thoughts and ideas about new features to the client
- Flexible working hours

Responsibilities

-Analyzes plans, designs, gathers requirements for, implements, documents and test all kinds of items

in domain and technology area according to specifications and software production process

Supports other team members in development process and takes part in delivering process artifacts

Knows technology, methods and environments beyond the scope of assigned tasks and learns business

and domain knowledge

Estimates, develops and solves complex engineering problems

Responsible for all bug fixing

Designs, codes and executes of automated test scripts

Development and testing tools configuration

Performs code reviews

Performs testing activities in the team

Describes defects found to technical and businesspeople

Actively participates in release planning

Gathers business requirements

Interacts with production support teams

Performs all necessary actions on supervisor’s reference

Skills

Must have

minimum 7 years of experience (Swift, Objective-C)

knowledge of tools: Xcode, Git, CocoaPods, SwiftLint, Postman (or similar)

the ability to create application views from the code level (additionally SnapKit)

knowledge and ability to use the VIPER architecture

good written and spoken English

good written and spoken Polish

Nice to have

knowledge of C++

experience in writing unit tests (familiarity with Quick/Nimble)

good code debugging skills

knowledge of Gerrit, Gitlab and similar source control tools,

knowledge of issues related to the CI / CD process and Jenkins tools

knowledge about the operation of Fastlane, Codesign

experience in using SOLID,

experience in using JIRA/Confluence
