The Senior Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President, HR and supports activities of the HR division as a whole with regard to project preparation and administration.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President, HR, including coordinating calendars, travel, expense reporting, and other related tasks.
Supports budget operations of the HR division and prepares and maintains Action Memos and Purchase Requisitions.
Coordinates team wide meetings within the HR division.
Acts as a liaison to company officers and Executive Assistants.
Prepares and edits various reports and presentations.
Coordinates flow of information to and from key internal and external resources.
Supports project teams reporting to the Senior Vice President, HR in space planning and project administration.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum five (5) or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
Requires advanced skills and expertise in a variety of work processes or activities typically gained through a combination of training and considerable on-the-job experience.
Requires advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, systems, or tasks; may require specialized expertise in a specific area to perform the most complex work.
Proficient in Outlook calendaring, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Familiarity in Visio.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $42.79 - $68.51 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
