As a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Public Sector at Zscaler, you'll be a customer advocate, championing their needs and ensuring successful deployments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct regular business reviews, and serve as a trusted advisor. This role involves identifying expansion opportunities, working closely with sales, and utilizing data to provide expert support. Must have:

5+ years customer-facing experience
2+ years experience in cloud, security, or networking
Own customer book and advocate for their needs
Ensure efficient customer deployments
Conduct business reviews and act as a trusted advisor

Good to have:

Background in internet and security technologies (SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, etc.)
Experience with network transformation technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, etc.)

We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team for Public Sector, reporting to the Director, Customer Success Management for Public Sector. This role is located anywhere in the East region, and can be fully remote.

In this role:

You will own a book of customers, be the advocate for, and champion their needs
You will work with cross-functional teams to own and ensure customer deployments are completed quickly and efficiently
You will run monthly and quarterly business reviews and serve as a trusted advisor and ensure business objectives are realized.
You will work closely with Sales to identify opportunities for expansion

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, (e.g. solutions, customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering).
2+ years of fundamental knowledge of two or more of the following technologies: Cloud Services Architectures & Solutions, Web-based Security, Networking, & Infrastructure Solutions).

Preferred Qualifications:

A background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, etc.
A background in network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$140,000—$165,000 USD
