Senior Content Strategist

Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Content Strategist to join their team. This role is integral in synthesizing data, user research, and industry best practices to create scalable content strategies that align with customer needs, business goals, and emerging industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve content strategies that align content with customer needs and organizational goals.

• Collaborate with Creative and Technology teams to ensure content alignment and proper execution across the user experience.

• Write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy across a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, etc.

• Engage with clients to gather input on projects and present creative concepts.

• Drive the end-to-end content strategy process from ideation to execution.

• Understand and interpret analytics to gauge effectiveness and user engagement.

• Mentor junior members of the team and collaborate productively with colleagues across strategy, delivery, and technology development.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of agency or in-house copy/content experience.

• Relevant experience in copywriting, strategic marketing, content management, campaign planning, market research, social media, advertising, and branding.

• Experience facilitating discovery and creative ideation with clients and colleagues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with content management systems or willingness to learn.

• Bachelor's degree.
