About the Team Our group is in charge of developing industrial, commercialized, enterprise-level solutions and products, to meet business requirements in System and Application Management. Taking advantage of cutting-edge big data and AI technologies, we are aiming at building more automated and intelligent enterprise solutions. Responsibilities - Design, develop large-scale platforms, systems and services that power enterprise-level solutions - Collaborate across teams/departments to help improve overall performance of development - Lead long term technical vision and roadmap and land onto our backend platform over iterations - Understand company-wide and industry trends to help assess and develop new technologies

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Math etc - Extensive experience and solid fundamentals of various technology domains such as: systems, networks, protocols, architectures, storage, caching, security, etc - Expert level programming experience, familiar with at least one programming language among Go/Python/java/C++ Preferred Qualifications - Vast experience with building large-scale backend systems and operating at scale - Self-motivated, intense eagerness to learn, ready to dive deep into complex problems, effective communication skills, and great teamwork spirit - Experience in shipping products to enterprise customers is a plus ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
